What is it all about?
Scrap any ideas you have about beating a punching bag by yourself, boxing is very much a social sport. Our classes are usually made up of around 15 to 20 people and we concentrate on delivering a fun and explosive full body workout.
What Can I Expect At A Class?
A typical class will start with a 10-minute warm-up, followed by about half an hour of boxing and finishing with a 10-minute warm-down. We believe personal one on one instruction is the best way to learn and get the most out of your workouts, you can expect our trainers to work with you personally every time you train.
